CATIA V5 R16 Functional Tolerancing and Annotation

image
Overview:
The CATIA Functional Tolerancing & Annotations course teaches you how to apply 3D annotations, such as dimensions, tolerances, geometric tolerances, and other annotations, to your part design. You learn to fully define key aspects of your design in ways that make the numerical data and tolerances available for downstream applications such as tolerance analysis software or programmable inspection machines. If you want to make a drawing of your design, you'll know how to display your 3D annotations in your drawing views to avoid duplicating effort.

Prerequisites:
CATIA V5 New User Express or equivalent experience. A basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles. The CATIA FT&A license.

Intended Audience:
Designers and Engineers who wish to annotate their part design in 3D. Personnel involved in downstream applications that might use this data could also benefit from this course.

Course Duration:
Not Available hours

Skill Level:
